Bryan Beckham

You’ve likely seen Bryan in our Plaza Midwood tap room over the last few months, flashing photos of his beautiful baby girl. This Florida native moved to the NC mountains to attend Appalachian State University, where he earned a degree in Recreation Management with a concentration in Outdoor Education. If you can’t find Bryan in one of the Legion taprooms, he’s likely hiking, camping or hanging out with his family. Favorite Legion brew? Anything dark and roasty- preferably our oatmeal stout, “Path To The Dark Side”!

Eugene Briggs

Gene joined the Legion team with an extensive kitchen management background around the Charlotte area. Originally from Binghamton, New York, Gene moved to the Queen City in 1990- he met his wife and they started their beautiful family of three girls thereafter. Fun fact: He has been powerlifting for about five years, and will hopefully start competing in the near future! Gene looks forward to making Legion SouthPark an awesome destination with great food, people and a fun work environment.

An avid Juicy Jay lover, Mitchel was born in Mexico City but has called Charlotte home for quite some time. Self -described as a fun loving, goofy guy who likes to make people smile, Mitchel is excited to help lead the SouthPark back-of-house team in their culinary ventures.

Originally hailing from Blacksburg, Virginia (Go, Hokies!), Mitchel has spent the last 20 years in Charlotte. With over 14 years of restaurant experience, he loves seeing how the local craft beer and food scene is expanding! In his spare time, Mitchel loves being involved in sports, music and is a huge advocate for pit bulls. His favorite Legion beer is our flagship, Juicy Jay- perfect after a long shift in the kitchen!

Dustin Boskovich

Dustin comes to the Legion team with over 13 years of restaurant experience- it’s where he met his fiancé and both have grown to become quite passionate about the culinary scene. Born in Oregon, he was raised right here in the Queen City-he’s a die hard Hornets and Lakes fan and loves sipping on Juicy Jay!
